August 1st is National Raspberry Cream Pie Day and the 2nd is National Ice Cream Sandwich Day… don’t plan on starting your diet then. The 10th is Lazy Day and National S-mores Day… forget about that diet again. The Summer Olympics end in Rio on the 21st. National Dog Day is the 26th. The 29th is More Herbs, Less Salt Day, that’s healthy at least! End the month with Toasted Marshmallow Day on the 30th and National Trail Mix Day on the 31st.
